PEAKapp´s underlying ICT eco-system connects 1) the utility server\, 2) user´s smart meter and 3) user´s smart phone to display visually attractive dashboard & functions that reduce churn rates of up to 30%*\, as year-long field tests with more than 10o0 residential customers of EnergieAG have shown. With PEAKapp\, the utility can enable flexible tariffs\, offer individualized savings\, entertain with an integrated game\, social networking and benchmarking. PEAKapp software and service is available through a white label license to enable flexible tariffs\, enhance customer engagement and to reduce customer churn rates.
